Botswana Post is Botswana’s national postal operator, a government-owned parastatal headquartered in Gaborone. Its roots trace back to missionary mail routes established around 1875, while the modern corporation was formally created in 1989. Today, Botswana Post provides domestic and international mail, parcel, courier and financial services, supported by a growing digital and e-services platform that allows customers to track shipments and manage PO boxes online.

Post PNG is the national postal operator of Papua New Guinea, created by the Postal Services Act 1996 as the country’s designated postal service provider. It manages a network of around 40 post offices and agencies serving cities, towns and remote communities, and is a member of the Universal Postal Union. Today, Post PNG combines traditional letters, parcels and philately with logistics, financial services and e-commerce support.

South Sudan Postal Services refers to the national postal functions overseen by the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology & Postal Services following independence on 9 July 2011. The country issued its first stamps on 13 July 2011 and joined the Universal Postal Union in October 2011. Services remain developing, with international exchanges via Juba and Malakal and growing digital initiatives led by the Ministry and the regulator (NCA). Niger Poste is the public postal operator of Niger, responsible for universal mail, parcel and basic financial services nationwide. The modern company was created from the former Office National de la Poste et de l’Epargne in the mid-2000s and operates from its headquarters at Rond-Point Justice in Niamey, managing a network of post offices across all regions and partnering with foreign postal operators for international traffic

NIPOST (Nigerian Postal Service) is Nigeria’s state-owned national postal operator, created in 1987 as a government corporation but rooted in colonial-era post offices dating back to the 19th century. It now manages thousands of outlets nationwide, handling letters, parcels, EMS/Speedpost, financial and e-commerce logistics services while representing Nigeria in the Universal Postal Union and West African Postal Conference.

Malawi Posts Corporation is Malawi’s state-owned postal operator. Established in June 2000 under the Communications Act (No. 41 of 1998), MPC inherited a nationwide network of post offices and agencies from the former Post & Telecommunication department. Over the years it has modernized into a multi-service operator offering letters, parcels, EMS/express, financial services, philately, Post Bus, and digital e‑services such as online tracking and a virtual post office for customers across all districts.

Ghana Post is the designated postal operator of Ghana. Its origins date to the mid‑19th century, when postal services began under the colonial Post & Telecommunications Department. In 1995, Parliament enacted Act 505 to separate postal services from telecoms; by 1999 the company became Ghana Post Company Limited. Today, it runs nationwide post offices, EMS courier, financial/agency services and digital tools such as GhanaPostGPS and online tracking for letters and parcels.

Poste Vaticane is the official postal and philatelic service of Vatican City, created in 1929 after the Lateran Treaty established the independent city-state. Building on earlier papal mail services and Vatican stamps first issued in 1852, it now operates several post offices inside and around St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican Museums, handling millions of letters and postcards annually for residents, pilgrims, tourists and collectors worldwide.
