Rhenus South Africa began as WACO in Johannesburg in 1996, rebranding to World Net Logistics in 2002. In 2019, it was acquired by the Rhenus Group, a global logistics provider established in 1912. By 2020, it fully integrated and adopted the Rhenus Logistics South Africa name.
